Can I change the date/time of my booking? We do allow bookings to be changed however there is an admin fee and is subject to availability. Please contact with your booking details and the team will get back to you as soon as practical.
Are there refreshments available? From the Burger Van, Burgers, Sausage in a baguette, Bacon Roll, Bacon Burger ,Loaded Fries, Tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks. From the Donut Man, Traditional Hot Donuts, Hot Donuts with hot melted Nutella Sauce, Candyfloss. From the Hot Chocolate stall, Hot Chocolate, Luxury Hot Chocolate with Cream and marshmallows. From the Hot Chestnut Stall, Hot Roasted Chestnuts, Hot Roasted Marshmallows.
What time should we arrive for our slot? You should aim to arrive at the time that is stated on your tickets.
Can I bring a camera? Yes we are happy for customers to take photos.
What should I wear? This experience includes inside and outside elements. Please wrap up warm and be comfortable. We suggest a sturdy pair of shoes or Wellingtons as the ground may be a little muddy in places
